'Spreadex may quote a spread of 200-203 seats for the Conservative Party. If you felt that the Conservatives would secure more than 203 seats you would buy on the quote. If you felt the Conservatives would secure less than 200 seats you would sell on the quote.'

Candidate Electoral College Votes (US): The Spreadex platform allows traders to predict the number if of Electoral College Votes to be won by the named candidate.
'For example, Spreadex may quote a spread of 300-303 for the Democratic Party candidate. If you felt that the Democratic Party candidate would secure more than 303 votes you would buy on the quote. If you felt the Democratic Party candidate would secure less than 300 votes you would sell on the quote' they explain.
States Won (US): Prediction on the total number of states to be won by each named candidate.
Candidate 200 Ups (US): Prediction on the number of Electoral College Votes each candidate will win above 200. E.g. if the Democratic Party candidate ended up with 320 votes, 200 Ups for that candidate would make-up at 120 (320-200).
